DESCRIPTION:SAVE THE DATE! \nThe first ever SoCal IBEW BBQ and Chili Cookoff competition took place on April 8th\, 2017 at Local 569. Bringing traditional slow cooked BBQ and chili contest. IBEW members formed their own teams and traveled from near and far. With their smokers in tow\, ready for a no-holds-barred brotherhood cook-off! \nHosting over twenty BBQ teams and having over 1\,200 attendees. This event proved to be a huge success for our families. Providing fun\, great BBQ staples\, beer tasting\, live entertainment\, accompaniments and activities for all ages. \nThis 2026 event will feature all the same great elements as years passed. \nMore information to follow!
