DESCRIPTION:Each year\, IBEW 569 has supported a gathering of activists who gather to share information\, build relationships\, and coordinate to better the circumstances of workers and working families in San Diego County. The Progressive Labor Summit will be held this weekend\, April 13th\, from 8am to 5pm. \nA description of the event from the event site: \n“The Progressive Labor Summit is a one-day event in San Diego bringing together the Labor community with left-of-center activists & leaders to empower all working people by building stronger understanding\, knowledge\, skills\, and partnerships to tackle the broader social challenges we are facing today.” \nIBEW 569 members will receive free admission and a free t-shirt.
