This Weekend - Elect Democrat Delegates that Support Working Families

January 4, 2017

The California Democratic Party is holding Assembly District Election Meetings (ADEMs) this Saturday, January 7 or Sunday, January 8 of 2017 to elect 7 women and 7 men to be Assembly District Delegates (ADDs) for their area.

ADDs are elected by voters in their district to vote on behalf of the community they represent at Regional Meetings and the California Democratic Convention. It is imperative that we elect delegates that support Working Families and our priorities.

Step One - Find Your Assembly District:

Step Two - Review our Working Families Unity Slate for your District (see below) - this will provide you the date and time of your election and our endorsed candidates. These slates were developed with support from the San Diego Labor-Council, the San Diego Building & Construction Trades Council, and the San Diego Democrats for Equality. See below for the slates!

Step Three - Drop by your District's ADEM Elections and cast your vote for the Working Families Unity Slate. You must be a registered Democrat to cast your vote.  You can bring friends and family with you that are also registered Democrats. The process to vote takes about 10-15 minutes - you are not obligated to stay until the end of the meeting. Please be sure to check out the location and date of your election on the slates below - they differ by each District.

Thank you for your support to elect delegates that support working families and keep our union strong!
